Anyone have and simple salad ideas? Thinking about doing a salad week where two of my meals are salads. One for lunch and dinner. Of course I will add a protein, and maybe a healthy carb. I'm not on any particular diet but doing a challenge with myself to get more veggies and to use the veggies I have on hand. Also, sweet potatoes in salad? Tried it once along time ago and liked it, may try again.
