That was a big bounce up. Celebrated my sister's bday at Highlands with rich, delicious food and even a small glass of Cote du Rhone red. It was great. I had the grits appetizer, tripletail fish with zucchini pancake entree, and Basque cake for dessert.

Back to reality today. Gotta work fast so we can take mom to see the Downton Abbey movie this afternoon.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
