I love checking the Fitbit now. It took a while, but I'm starting to get in the habit of turning it on and off for sleep -- and just remembering to put it in my pocket each day.

I could see that I burned more calories than I ate yesterday. And that's really what it boils down to.

I hope I become obsessive about the calories-in / calories-out. I could finally put my OCD tendencies to positive use.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
