Gym night went ok - my friend just has too many things going on right now to be able to commit to the gym. I went alone actually, but it was good. I didn't lift any free weights but did a warm-up, some machines, and a cool down. Only 30 minutes actually working out, but I have been away for a while and didn't want to hurt myself. My friend and I will work out on Saturday, she says, so we'll see, it's on my schedule.

I have to plan some meals, cook up some of what I have in the fridge. I have some really nice grass-fed beef and some wild-caught fish, so that's on the menu for the next few days. Planning to meet up with some dance friends for dinner - I am calculating that into my day.

Ok, Thursday! Dance night and then Friday! Yay. Kind of a quiet weekend planned, sadly includes a funeral so that is sad, but maybe dancing at least once so that is happy!
