Lisa Hahn's Journal, 10 September 2019

I've had the BEST morning! I ran my normal timber road route and felt great! It was a beautiful comfortable morning. Then I did my normal slam ball/stairs/chest press routine along with walking lunges and then stretching in the steam room. It was awesome and I feel awesome! I wasn't planning on running at Rex until I saw Learie's post of FB that he was running there so I changed and ran there too. So glad I did it. Perfecto!!! I had perfectly cooked eggs and some diet mt dew and now I'm ready to face the world! I'm looking forward to my yummy bacon and blueberries for lunch and a great day! I am looking forward to a no family obligation weekend all to myself but I'm also trying to find something fun to do. I will check to see what's going on. I would like to find something a little different. I am thankful for finding a tribe of other early crazy workout people. I am thankful for a strong body that can do hard things. I am thankful for children who are very responsible and dependable and independent who love me very much.
