So in a 10 day span I have lost .4# - I am a bit bummed about that. I know I was sick in there some and TOM in this span too, but really???? I need to go back and read that article I posted about the scale. At that rate I will never make my goal. Thank goodness I am almost a month ahead of the schedule that I set for myself. Today I need to run to the store and then make time to do some floor work and stationary bike. Tomorrow back to the treadmill. I am really hoping that this new exercise regime will help shake things up and make the weight start dropping again at my SIMPLE 1.25# a week...that is NOT a lot to ask for REALLY it is not.

Okay so I will keep doing what I am doing and push through this, but it is still a bummer.

TOM and being sick can mess up the scale. Keep tracking and keep going. The scale will hopefully catch up soon.

Hang in there, sometimes it's enough to drive a person crazy and yes, it's a bummer, couldn't agree more. Stalls are the bodies way of saying are you really serious here or are you just playing with me? Once you show it how determined you are it'll happen. The tread mill will make a big difference, I'm sure of it.

Bummer! But remember you did lose instead of gain and that's at least some good right? You have been sick and TOM all in that 10 day span. You're still doing great. I'm sure that once you are feeling better and able to get on the tred mill you will see change in no time. Hang on tight! Don't get off the ride yet I'm sure there are much better parts to it!

Way to go on the exercise, though, Jaime! If you keep it up, it WILL HAPPEN! ['If you build it they will come...' Field of Dreams with Kevin Costner... good movie!] Anyway, I know it's a bummer, but the scale isn't the only way to track progress... How are your clothes fitting? Are you getting out of breath slower than before? [When exercising?] Keep it up, Kiddo! You can DO this!
