John, right?! I had a small portion of cookie dough with brownie ice cream and I didn’t have the waffle bowl. Was still 600 calories lol but we’ve been planning on our trip there all month, since the kids are going back to school next week. I skimped on dinner, took my entree to go, after the salad and appetizer (shared 4 ways) so I didn’t end up with a ton of surplus calories.

G the doctor was great 👍🏻 we picked a date for surgery: October 4. Doc was very supportive, very attentive to our family and our questions. We’re really so lucky for her. 5 weeks exactly til she’s here!
