this was after I ate breakfast, so that's a good sign. 2 hours of basketball. 20 minutes circuit training. forgot to do planks. ate pretty well.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
