Up at 4:40am today. Put off all the work I should've done over the weekend and need to get it done before I have to go to mom's today to meet the guy installing the sprinkler system. Gotta stop procrastinating.
204.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
