I’m very proud of my wife for losing 3 lbs over the last couple of days. I reminded her that the 3 lbs was not lost in the last couple days but over the last 2 weeks, when she fretted and toiled about not losing weight. That’s when the lbs dropped. The last 2 days were just the evidence on the scale. Like a report card!
