Yesterday was a solid example of one of my balanced eating days. This is about my max for calories, but I had to eat with my gym time so high.

I eat oatmeal 2-3 times per week which is a great energy giver in the morning. Go low carb the rest of the day.

2163 kcal Fat: 71.84g | Prot: 149.24g | Carb: 241.39g.   Breakfast: Bob's Red Mill Organic Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats, Sugar in the Raw Sugar in The Raw, Kirkland Signature Organic Strawberry Spread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Whole Milk. Lunch: Taco Time Ground Beef Super Soft Taco. Dinner: Panda Express String Bean Chicken Breast, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Panda Express Broccoli Beef, Kirkland Signature Steak Strips. Snacks/Other: Quest Chocolate Caramel Pecan Hero Protein Bar, Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites: Egg White & Red Pepper, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Green Peas , Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese. more...
