Drove to Decatur just to get out of here for a few hours and ate at Big Bob Gibson's. Shouldn't have, but it was worth it. Couldn't finish the plate, but did share a slice of chocolate pie. Then went to see the movie Crawl by myself and had half a small bag of popcorn. The movie had lots of jump scares but the popcorn was better. Got that out of my system and ready to eat clean today.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
