Yesterday we drove to the beach to celebrate our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. We spent the day on the beach and later dined at a seafood restaurant. I ate "Reasonably Well" at 107% of my caloric goal, did not meet my protein goal and did not meet all activity goals. BF up 0.1% and is out of range...
162.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
