6.5 hrs of sleep feels pretty good. I could've used another half hour maybe.

Changed up our breakfast to scrambled eggs and turkey bacon with slices of orange and kiwi on the side. I love orange and green together on a plate. I need to focus on better presentation to make meal time a treat. Looking forward to leftover coconut soup for lunch today. I can't get over how easy it was to make. All the prep time is in the shopping and chopping. Next time I'll try an Asian food store for the Thai spices. Publix has really expanded their ethnic food section, but it's still small. They even had British foods like shepherd's pie gravy in a jar. Definitely won't be on our menu.

Hubby has to go out of town next week, so I'll put off the UltraDiet until he gets back and we can stick with it together. I'm curious to see if some foods are giving us trouble. I'm not really sensitive to anything I eat that I'm aware of. But he has all kinds of problems with MSG, headaches, and indigestion.

I need to work in time for calisthenics today. Not gonna be able to walk very far in this heat and humidity. It's brutal. How did we live before air conditioning?

Presentation has never been my long suit. I do love color. One of my favorite fruit salads for breakfast is oranges, pineapple and banana. Orange, yellow and white. A beautiful thing to wake up to. I will have to try the orange and kiwi, I think I will like it a lot.

You're doing great! I find I lose weight better if I change up breakfast from time to time. I love to combine different fruits to make a colorful dish. Today, I had nectarine slices mixed with blueberries. It makes a nice contrast
