This is the point where I'm most likely to go off the rails. Weight has plateaued and I'm hungry all the time. Ate out twice over the weekend, plus got a popsicle as a snack. We're waiting on our doc to sign permission slips to exercise. It's sad how long things like that take these days.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
