Sugar and Grains are not allowed. Any form of sweetener too.

This tune play in my head a lot right now. It's like a war going on in my head.

Many times I browse for things like Stevia, Monk Fruit and Erythritol. But I do not buy, as they are all in the Sweetener category.

Then thoughts like... "Maybe I can allow sweet dessert on Sunday's" comes up.

All of this is probably residues from recent addict state a few days ago.

The carbs did absolutely nothing in regards to exercise performance. If anything, they made my body feel painful and slow. Dirty almost.

Around two days after detoxing from sugar, the speed on my bike went up to a level I have not been at for quite some time. I was flying. Passing other cyclist 25 years younger than me at high speed. The element of more grams of fat in my diet right now is probably an important factor too.

The weeks ahead looks brighter. Maybe I can get to balance fat in and fat out in a way that leads to a better toned body. Feel hopeful right now.

Yeah my body will produce glucose and glycogen from fat stores that doesn't give me the feeling of 'spiking' and 'dropping'.
