Ate pretty healthy. Picked up fresh fruit and veg at Durbin's Peaches. The weather has been hot as usual for this time of year. Had to medicate our poor dog before the fireworks started. The gabapentin and trazadone worked pretty well but we still ended up sleeping in the basement bedroom.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
