I felt pretty good yesterday, but I was a little hungry at my workout. But it was sooo hot that I couldnt tell if it was hunger or thirst. Anyway, I had my protein shake after and that helped. For dinner I had a salad that was basically a caprese salad on a bed of lettuce. Since the tomatoes and mozz were already marinated in balsamic glaze, I didnt need dressing. It was super delicious. Ill try to post the pic of it, but Im not sure how it turned out (I was fighting my cat who decided she wanted it too). Anyway, my kid wanted ice cream so we ran to DQ and I had plenty of wiggle room for a treat. I got the cherry dilly bar and was severely disappointed. Anyway, it was nice knowing that there are different options that I can have there depending on my calorie bank. I think that feeling "left out" is one of the biggest reasons that I quit. Im not tryin to quit! Im SO CLOSE to my next goal!

Todays goals are to:
1. Stay in my RDI
2. Drink enough water
3. Hit Endurance/Weight Lifting class tonight
4. Buy skinny pop to take into the movie instead of indulging on candy!
251.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
