Velvetee's do you like this ?? 

Lovely selection. When I am in Europe, I like to go to the cheese shops and get a little wedge of their local best. When in Asiago, Italy, it's Asiago dolce or a lovely creamy Gorgonzola. In the Basque country it's P'tit Basque or Etorki. In France, I like anything. Stinky (puant) is best, Bleu des Causses!

velvetee my half live family French and they eat a lot of cheese am the only one who does not eat it lol 

Velvetee, I like it creamy with a slightly pungent odor with a little bit of good bread and a nice glass of wine. Santé!

Erq, sounds perfect! I’d also add a bit of onion jam 💕  

bleu warmed so it is a little creamy and not crumbly spread thick on sliced open faced crusty french bread with kalamata oive and thin sliced red onion and wine. My palette for cheese exploded many years ago in my twenties working in a ny epicurean store. They dont sell great cheese like that in nc. Miss it!

Onion jam....sounds interesting. I must try it. Thanks for the recommendation!  

AB MANA, "Off with your head!" Cheese is so good. 😜 That's okay, I make lamb.  

Key it was only 1/4 of the whole range to be honest 😈 

Erq another option, 🍒 jam! Delicious as well. 

Red onion 💖  

The only two cheeses I'll pass on are Limburger and Brie. 

Cherry sounds good, but I'm intrigued by the onion.
