Hmmm, day two of an up from the weekend. I will have to log it tomorrow and then focus on correction because that will be three days and we don't want this to be a permanent trend. Lots of water in my future today. Easy because it's warmer. Might swim for lunch. Generally annoyed at the moment and could use the frustration as motivation. Will shoot for in and out in 45 minutes. Used to do it every day. Don't know what makes these things so complicated now.

Edit: Swam for lunch. Did 33 minutes non-stop, w/workout calories burned 337 calories and a new badge from the watch. I'm working my way up to 60 minutes, but was pressed for time since it was during work hours. Going for 40 minutes this weekend. Tricky thing about just pushing through, the arms flail at the end and I get tossed against the side of the pool which is no fun. I did get 734 strokes. I think that's a little less than the actual record, but I was going for endurance, not speed today and my snorkel got filled w/water at one point so I did stand up to clear it because oxygen is still my best friend. Will walk dogs tonight even though I'll have to stay later at the computer. Finally, I'm less cranky and some people may now be allowed to live.
