My pre, post and during workout snack lol. So glad I saved this bunny :). Not really worth the 500 kcal but it motivated me to workout when I didn’t ‘need’ to so...

I had a king size Hershey bar today. First candy bar I've had since starting my diet journey last Christmas. It was soooo yummy lol

Yay! That’s what I love about how I diet. I can have things like candy bars if I manage the rest of my food well. Bet it was wonderful after so long without one! I think I had maybe 3-4 my first year/last year. I had more than that this January I think. Regular sized though. I’m much happier if I don’t cut out things like that but rather stick to one every few days and suck on hard candies to get some sugar daily. Much better than the junk foods I was consuming. (Probably 1/3-1/2 my calories pre diet had been from frozen foods, snack cakes, candy bars etc)

Yes Peeperjj, it was wonderful, but should have stuck with regular size. It was the pricing that got me. Regular size $1.59 and King size $1.79. I figured I would eat half of the king size and save the other half...wrong, I ate it all lol. I should have known me better.

Lol I’m the same. It’s easier on bars that come with 2-4 pieces in the king size. I do enjoy Hershey’s with almonds and that’s a single king sized bar. I never quit at half so I gave up and just spend the extra on two singles lol. I’m finding that chobani Greek yogurt with peaches on the bottom sometimes helps me with my sugar cravings. Only when I just want something sweet and not a particular thing. It wouldn’t work I’d say I was craving a snickers but it works for when I want something sweet but not sure what exactly I want.
