I am (so far) getting into a weight-lifting program, having gone to the gym I pay monthly dues on about 1/2 dozen times in May. I feel better and stronger, but so far it hasn't made much difference in either my weight or measurements. So, I'll be going on the "three-day wonder diet" tomorrow. Today we're grilling Brats for lunch, not sure about dinner yet. I'll be focusing on more fruits & veggies to go with it, have a nice seedless watermelon to go with it all. So, not a "diet" so much as "mindful eating." Anyway, here are my current stats:

Weight: 153 lbs
Body fat: 39.5% (WAAAAAY to high!)
BMI: 27.5
Waist: 33.5" (Way too big!)
Hips: 41"
Thigh: 23.75"

Yeah, that's pathetic. I've really fallen off the cardio wagon since the marathon relay I participated in. My running days may be done, which is why my hubby & I bought a Treadclimber. I WISH FatSecret would add the Treadclimber to their exercise list, I've tried but can't seem to do it!

But enough kavetching about my weight, plenty of time for that tomorrow. Today is the day to remember our servicemembers who fought and died for our freedom. As a proud former USAF member, I salute you!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
