Warning!!! my sad story with keto diet
Last month I decided to try the keto diet to lose 3 to 4 kilos. So I cut my carbs and started the journey. during the first days I had what we call a keto flu, I was sooo tired, and needed a lot of time to recover from muscles soreness. As I had read about that, I assumed that was normal, but what I didn't know, is that my immune system dropped. The problem that I was carring a sleeping virus ( I don't want to cite the name). My body wasn't able to handle that virus during that period and then I fell sick. That wouldn't have happened if I didn't damage my immune system because that virus goes away by itself if our system is normal. I am struggling now with this desease and its symptomps.
please, be careful with diets and don't make trials of your bodies.
I regret it a lot
