Happy Friday Everyone!! Another week down!

The scale was up a little this morning. Ah well. Should fall off over the weekend. Going to be busy with company and moving some stuff around. Oh and of course kids! lol. I think I'll make roast Saturday while my father in law is visiting. He's bringing us a trailer full of furniture that was my husband's grand parents.

Honestly I didn't really do anything after work last night. Once dinner was done and put away, I was done for the night. Curled up in bed, read some, and went to sleep. Woke up this morning hurting. Must have slept wrong and irritated the herniated disc in my back. Increased numbness down the back of my leg, and it's achy today, stiff. Also left shoulder and neck is stiff. ugh. Just want to go home and soak in a hot tub for a few house. There is a strong possibility of using the ice pack on my lower back tonight as well.

Anywho, going to solider on today. Only 7hrs til the work day is over.
365.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 166.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
