Had 2 days of parties and way to much rich food. Couldn’t even begin the list it. Today I’m back on the straight and narrow, Sure was good while it lasted,
206.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
