April was a real blow out for me. I finally braved the scale and wasn't too happy. However, as Josh LaJaunie says, "Results Dictate Sufficiency" so I've dug deep into my food journals and picked out the things that, while only once or twice a week food choices, tend to keep the weight on AND I've picked up my pace on the daily movement end, too. I am starting a new plan on Monday-a 10 day thing to help retrain my tastebuds and neural wiring. I am excited. Potatoes at the ready! I am also getting tons of inspiration and motivation/direction from Josh's new book (get it FREE on Kindle)"Sick to Fit" so go check it out, people! Happy weekend to you all.
