I have not had a good day but hopefully today is the only day I have to deal with this nasty nose bleed. Ended up in er over it didn't think t was going to stop. Thankfully it did
Other than that it was a good day

293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 53.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
