Love this meal too. That’s a small plate that I usually use for the kids. Should’ve added more meat and cheese. Ended up eating about 2/3 of the potato and all toppings and throwing out the peel and some potato innerds. There was melted butter on the plate and was tempted to lick the plate but I didn’t lol. I’ve missed cheese so trying to add it back in. May have to go back to meat and potatoes mostly. Ate that as a kid with very little veggies and desserts only on holidays and managed to stay thin. Just can’t seem to eat big portions of it and am hungry quicker. So may have to have 5 small steaks a day :D.

As for mid day, that’s normally when I used to eat this. Few minutes in the microwave and some leftover ham, ground beef, taco meat, or whatever, and your good to go. If you need more fats then load on butter, sour cream or dressings. If you want less processed type stuff then add some cheese :).

Yeah, I think your doing good .....like I said, this at mid-day from time to time, including skin (yeah buddy).... Just have to cautious to not over do it. My friend when were younger decided to eat like this for a few months ----next time I saw him, he looked great. I asked what was different, he stated he changed his eating methods and this was one of those items. I was stunned at the results. The potato due to the starches, skin, add to your overall fullness. So you tend to want to eat less if timed right for dinner. So in other words eat it a little while hour to 2 prior to dinner and see if you stay hungry for a big meal ----I highly doubt it due to satiety. Well I wish you well, and will be watching what other ideas you may have for mid-day snacks or brunches. :)

One more thing, I forgot to mention, I too like my cheeses --->it is a bad weakness of mine (mozzarella, provolone, gouda, 3 cheese blends, feta, swiss).... So I have to watch this stuff, otherwise I screw up royally.

Cheddar, mozzarella and Colby jack are my main weaknesses lol. The one that’s really bad is the white quest at Mexican restaurants. We had to give up our weekly meal there because I wanted the whole big bowl of cheese. I literally can’t stop until it’s gone so I dish out smaller bowls for each kid and that leaves me with 1/4 of it. Man now I want cheese lol.

Never Had White Queso, but I did forget Colby Jack ---yeah its a good one- my family can eat that like its going out of style.
