Went about 10 minutes longer at the gym at most. I wonder if the watch could tell I was lifting heavier? It logged about 15-20 more calories than I expected. 3rd rep I increased the weights an almost every machine. Was surprised to find I could do 200 on the leg press at the very end for 5 reps. Could’ve done more but hubby was rolling his eyes lol. Jumped from 50 last week to 70 this week on the last one which is surprising. I can’t be gaining strength that fast right?? I’m assuming I’m just getting back to where I was last summer a bit quicker than expected. I was 70 on the last set last summer. This is my 3rd week back to the gym. Happy with the burn because now I don’t feel guilty for my breakfast or lunch lol.

Yes!!! Loved seeing this. I have an Apple Watch too!!!! I weigh much more than you and yesterday burned 308 cals in 33 mins, average heart rate 165!! 😝

Good job wifey! I think Apple watches are way over priced but hubby won it and gave it to me since he hates watches and technology lol. Can’t turn down a gift! My heart rate gets up there with cardio but not often with weights. I miss the days of an hour at the gym doing light work burning 300 kcal. But I don’t miss the weight. Be aware that once you get where you want to be your burn will be less. Shouldn’t be a lot less, but less than it is currently. Of course we could just bulk up like some men on here who shall remain nameless and have an awesome burn and metabolism lol.
