So today has been an okay day, i guess. I ate chicken today, which i fully enjoyed. And some delicious bread. mmmgoood. I feel like my period is coming... for one thing my muscles are very achey, and i'm a lot more hungry than usual. I have also been craving milk and chocolate, and anything chewy. Thats okay though because I have not eaten anything that I should not normally be eating. I've satisfied my chewy/chocolate-need with a double chocolate protein bar. It was good, and it gave me some mad energy for my work out today. I walked three miles, and burned 700 calories. I was supposed to do that yesterday. But, i didnt really have time to spend a whole hour to 75 mins on the tredmil. So instead, i danced for about 30 mins. That was quite a mean workout. And it was super fun. I might do that on my "rest" days. Well tomorrow i am going to weigh myself, and hopefully i am NOT on my period so i dont weigh myself and not see a change.
I started to get really frustrated today, but then i calmed down, and tried to encourage myself. After all, if i dont believe in myself through this journey, who will? sounds cheesey, but its true. We all have to really have faith in ourselves.
I kinda wanna go for a walk/run tonight. It will be nice outside because it was hot today.
