Uggghhh! i exercised late tonight, and now i am up and cant sleep. well hopefully after writing this i wont feel so restless. I have the whole coke-leg going right now [you know, where your leg bounces up and down or something] I'm hungry right now, but I will wait til the morning to eat breakfast. And i really want some green tea [mmmmm, so good, and only 5 calories, chyeahya!] but that will have to wait until tomorrow too, since it has caffine in it :[ I think i need to start drinking more water. I heard somewhere that drinking cold water burns calories- since it takes energy for your body to convert the temporature of the water. That might be a good way to burn some extra while i sit around and do basically nothing. I need to get up at a decent hour tomorrow... poo.
Oh, and today I got lectured for losing weight. Can you believe that? My friend Adam started asking me "why are you trying to lose weight anyways?" And i explained to him that I wanted to look better, and feel better, about myself. Well, he assumed I am doing this because of other people's standards. But i'm not. Grrrr.
I cant wait til I have been in FS for one week. Then i can weigh in! I have never been so excited to get on the scale... its funny. but its only because i havent weighed myself in what feels like fooorrever.
