Does chocolate cause hallucinations? One of the cats woke me around 4 this morning asking to go out. I had just relocked the door and the second cat was standing at the door so I let it out, hopped back into bed and the third cat meowed to go out. So I got up, let it out, went back to bed and realized something - I only own two cats!

So I got up in a panic thinking I must have let the dog out (he is the same size as the cats). He wasn't in his bed so I called at both doors for him. No dog. I ran back into the bedroom to dress to go out and search and there he is - yawning and stretching.

Now that I know the dog is safe I try to go back to bed, but no, having been awakened he now has to go out too. I figured I could take him out and still have a little time for a snooze, but no again. By that time the cats have come back in and all the critters are congregated in the kitchen expecting breakfast (all except the mystery 3rd cat that is still unaccounted for).

Needless to say I am a little tired this morning.
