oh God I'm having a hard time not weighing myself. I feel different. when I put my hands on my hips they feel like they are shrinking is the only way to explain it. I'm so happy with my progress. but so scared at the same time. I know I wont be able to afford excess skin removal surgery once I loose all this weight and I'm trying to hydrate my skin, eat good, take supplements and loose weight at a steady but slower pace so that my skin has time to shrink too. any other ideas on how to minimize the excess skin as I start to loose. I've done a lot of research and this seems to be the plan but I'm curious if any of you have found any nifty tips and tricks you are willing to share.

Maybe I missed something, but why don’t you just weigh if you want to.

Thank you I will check out that article. And to kenna I'm not weighing cause I already reached my goal before my set deadline and I want to surprise myself with how much more I can loose by my deadline of my birthday just for fun. I find if I dont make weight loss interesting I always fall off the wagon.

You might want to consider using weights to build some muscle, which would take up at least some of the excess skin. Start with light weights and work your way up. Good luck.
