How lucky can you get. I have made a concoction of fresh brewed coffee with Cafe Al Fresco Vanilla, Caramel, or hazelnut sugar free syrup and heavy cream. I brew the coffee, let it cool, mix it all together and leave in fridge over night. . . SOOO good.

I go to my doctor. He says "make sure and drink 3-5 cups of coffee every day" It helps with the water weight (natural diuretic) keeps me from wanting anything to eat, AND it tastes GREAT. I am unable to take the lasix or HCTZ water pills because of extreme cramping.

Yes, my weight is up since I was last here. What you don't see is that I got back to over 350 pounds. I lost 25 pounds this last month - drinking my coffee, and sticking to high protein, extremely low carb eating. But what I really need folks, is someone to pop me upside the head when I even THINK about eating sweets or potatoes.

I don't recall a doctor ever encouraging that much coffee consumption daily. Interesting.
