Whee. Going to a bar b q. And baby shower today
Yikes don’t want to blow it!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 60.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Hopefully there will be some foods you can enjoy. The trick of moving it around with a fork and discretely discarding it could be applied as well. Sometimes I just say sorry i am on a diet but I am really enjoying the delicious coffee or something like that.

Okay I was so good!!! They had a table filled with voo doo donuts of every color and every size! Did NOT have one!! Ate four little bites of bar b q sausage and one little piece of BBQ beef. A jalapeño with Philadelphia chive and onion creme cheese( that I made). Three hamburger slice dill pickles and two olives. Came home and had Keto cocoa with no sugar whipped Cleam and an Atkins bar. That’s it. So proud of not giving in for a donut.

I just finished reading your journal. Love your posts & beautiful pictures! You are an inspiration! You look fantastic! I’m new to Keto and , unfortunately, I haven’t been too successful in the past in my attempts with weight loss, until recently. It was hard adjusting to Keto, but this is the easiest, most satisfying eating plan I have ever tried. How did you discover Keto and are you happy with it? Your results look fantastic! I didn’t think I could loose weight anymore. Between diabetes & menopause, I thought I was doomed to be overweight. I started Keto to get healthy by getting the sugar out of my body, but I didn’t expect to loose weight! Look forward to seeing your posts & cheering you on as you are getting close to your finish line! I bet you so much better, too! Keep up the good work!

Good job! I like the Atkins bars too, but decided they were too much like other processed foods to stay in my diet. I now enjoy 100g of 85% cacao chocolate and similar small treats.
