Back up again. Felt like crapola yesterday. Waaaay too many cals. Lots of crap going on for me and I’m just over it. About to give em the old bird before I go grab some 🍕
195.4 lb Lost so far: 104.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

when I look at your past data. In past months, your daily average is around 1100 calories. So far this month, your average is 1100 calories... however, we are missing a lot of days. Logging every day would be more helpful :)

It would. I have been feeling hungry lately and actually feel like my body wants food. Been trying to be consistent!!! Everyday I hear your voice adef saying “Log your good!!!” Haha 🤣

Doesn't matter what you 'do' as long s you 'log it' 😜. Actually 'going off plan' at times has helped me because it showed me when I could take in a lot more calories and still get the same weight loss. But, I could only determine that by tracking everything :) Good luck!
