Smoked a whole chicken today for soup and meals this week. I love my Traeger!

Redgirl, I used olive oil, thyme and rosemary on this bird. Also threw on some paprika, garlic, salt, pepper. Split it down the middle and smoked it at 220 for about 3 hours.

Thanks guys! I try to smoke at least one cut of meat every week for meal prep. This week was chicken breasts and whole chicken. My usual go to is Tri-Tip. Great for slicing and soup.
