So my weight was not updating to the groups but when I tried fatsecret.ca it finally did. I tried to update my bio there but my bio still will not update. I met my first start over goal of 227 yesterday so I updated it on my journal..lol.

Felt good I did not eat any of the Halloween candy and has lots of things I like. I don't even feel tempted. Got my work out in again yesterday and feeling great.I feel my energy levels picking back up...good thing cause I will need it to get down all the Halloween decorations today.

Made a pizza with cauliflower crust last night and it still needs so tweaking but it was really good and I did not feel cheated or tempted to get some of the pizza that I bought for the family.

I am sure Hubby will want to eat out tonight as I think we are meeting at the mall, but I am going to put chicken in the crockpot for chicken tacos and if need be will have a late afternoon snack and will choose the right thing to eat.
