Been watching what I eat, got out dancing a little last week, definitely have to do more exercise this week or I won't get any calories for next week! The plan is a certain number of calories per day, then additional based on workout and dancing hours and treadmill miles - last week I got barely any so I am at a short 1300 calories a day.
Hope you all survived Sandy the storm, which we did - no lost trees and no flooding. Lots of leaves on the ground, that is it!
