Been very stressed today and wish I could find a big plate of fully loaded nachos, and a 64 oz Dr. Pepper. I've been good though!! I have only had water and haven't gave into a soda!!!
I've almost passed my calories for the day, but even if I go a little over, it is still less than I consumed at the beginning of the week. I'm still making progress. one day at a time, I can do this!!

Yes, you CAN, Batman! I too wanted a Diet Coke really badly tonight, but didn't give in to the craving. I was going to watch a movie with a friend, and I wanted some popcorn, too, but refrained - even though I was grouchy for a couple minutes after resisting. I'm 26 days without soda now! Glad I didn't break my winning streak! Keep up the great work!

I've only had one soda in the last 26 days. That's really good because in a normal 26 days I would have at almost everyday, if not 2.
