I should have written an entry two days ago on Sunday because I was able to wear my jeans for the first time since the middle of October! They are Lee jeans, size 16 long, and they fit snugly but comfortably. 😀😀😀 And today I am very proud of myself! We belong to our city’s recreation complex, and I finally had the guts to go up there and join in. I got a half hour tour of the facilities, information on different classes, registered for a beginning yoga class on Sunday evenings (I also included my husband but he doesn’t know yet LOL!), and I walked a mile on the indoor track (18 times around). I am laying on my heating pad now, but I only ache mildly. We are having Ahi tuna and vegetables for dinner, too. I am so thankful for this app and all of the members! I get so much motivation from reading the entries and I like the accountability of filling out the daily food diary. It’s a real good help for me. 😊🎈
