EOD check in. Fasting begins now. I have room for food and drinks, so I’ll be hydrating little by little tonight. I know I ate well today, and I’m gonna try to get to bed super early and let my body do it’s magic. Last night I had a snaccident when my 5 year old son needed to eat at 9:30 PM. I’m putting this in my journal as a risk, so that I’m able to hold myself accountable for it. I’m noticing a lot of high stress, low mood feelings. A combination of pms and cabin fever.... along with not engaging in ed behavior (so I’m feeling all the feelings). A great time to take a melatonin and cash it in. Gonna work on doin that.
