Maintenance Calorie Trajectory ----> Week 12 ---> Increase - Employee Appreciation Holiday Party Edition

I chuckle as I post these at this point. Whoever reads them is likely thinking "dang, this lady parties a lot". LOL

..tis, the season.

Since, we have a .6 lb loss from the last stated low, it's time to increase. It may not look like it when one looks at the calorie targets below. However, just like last week we have another holiday party coming up. This time, it's just for our company employees and their families.

I did increase all the daily calories by 32, but I had to redistribute them so I will have extra on Friday, which is when the Employee party commences.

For anyone who followed last week's trajectory - the Holiday Client Party went well. I only hit about 2000 cals that day, because I was to busy socializing. As for alcohol, I had 4 glasses of wine instead of 3. However, it's still 2 glasses less than last year. So, we're making some progress regarding "party/alcohol moderation".

We'll have a full bar provided to us for the employee party. I may actually stick with gin and tonic for this one, and have them use sugar free tonic. It's cheaper in cals and a nice sipping drink. And, yes my target is still 3 drinks.

I won't weigh in next Sunday. I highly doubt I'll have released enough water weight from the party to get relevant data. It usually takes me about 3 days to get rid of water weight after a high cal day. What can I say? I'm still a human aquifer. I will weigh in on Monday morning of next week and see where we're at.

I do think we're getting close to maintenance cals. And, technically I have one more increase before I remain steady. I have decided, if by chance I continue to lose when I hit the below targets - I won't increase unless that loss remains steady for at least 3 weeks. At which point, I will only increase by 1%.

I'm doing this, because it is my goal to get as close to my current maintenance cals as possible. I have come to understand that having the closest approximation to the average cals we burn in a day is crucial info, especially regarding future goals and current maintenance.

So, that's where we're at folks. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed week!
