Hey hey! Decided to start a spreadsheet for my weigh ins on hubbys fat scale. In the last 3 months I’ve lost 9#. 7.84# of fat and 1.15# of muscle. In the last 5 months and 4 days that we’ve had the scale I’ve lost 15-16#. 12.38# of fat and 2.96# of muscle! That comes to 80% fat and 20% muscle loss. Not great but not bad either!

Of course I don’t think this scale is very accurate as it still says I’m 34.5% BF right now. Wondering if gel implants affect that number or not. Dr said the scales and such wouldn’t be as accurate but didn’t tell me if it would be higher or lower. Time to google!

Nvm lol. ONE study done finds that there is about a 1/2# change so not enough to worry about. This is similar to the average breast size/weight chart I just looked at too. Darn it lol. No way did I start this 9 months ago at 50% BF or more. I’d guess 40% at the highest because of what I could get ahold of so looking at ‘size’ of fat on me vs ‘size’ of everything under the fat. 30-35% would be my actual guess but as I guess a bit low let’s go with 40% lol. Time to get measured again I think. It’s been 3 months. Maybe I’ll get that body scan I asked for for Christmas!
