Yes, but as you eat too much calories you need more hours I guess, it would be good for you on holidays, or eating two meals at Mexican restaurant the same day 😀

I find it really helpful when you are trying to lose weight and you don't have too many calories. As I am glutton , a big plate of food (instead of 3 little meals) makes me happy
