I went for a run 🏃🏻‍♀️ today, cardio is not my thing...I did not do it for weight loss or maintenance. I just did it, running kinda feels good 😏🙌🏼

I like to walk, but I am enjoying riding my bicycle 🚴‍♀️, exercises help to stress relief 🤗. But if you push yourself to hard it also can cause you stress🤔
