NSW: just worked, got changed into cute clothes, shopped, came home and put them away, and THEN had a salad with chicken while my family ate cookies and cupcakes! I had apples for breakfast and I am so surprised I stayed strong after work. Put on heels just to grab groceries! 😜

I’m happy that I didn’t crash my WOE today, making my second day back on the wagon. I’m allowing myself couch time now, without food, with water. I even put on makeup!

Hubby is finally back on days this coming week, so I let him know I won’t be cleaning or cooking all weekend since I’m working! 😂 he’s a great guy and definitely knows what I need. A clean house, happy Kids, and delicious food!!! Let the pampering begin.
