9 ounces of cooked ground beef. I used to eat 6-8oz of steak with a loaded baked potatoes and steamed veggies after sharing an appetizer. I didn’t think I’d get all this down but I did! Tummy is rebelling a bit as I have sinus issues which always makes the tummy upset. I just couldn’t figure out how to get enough protein in if I ate broth or soup unless I had 2-4 shakes. Don’t like having that many per day with the lactose in it. One is fine, 2 uncomfortable and I’ve never tried 3 lol. Still get a 1/2 shake or a protein bar later.
