Karena lg liburan kmrn , makan jam nya gak teratur kadang kepagian kadang kmlman kadang terus2an gak berenti ngunyah dan bnyk makan makanan yg oily 🙄 , padet , terlalu berbumbu , kepedesan , dll . Emang sih bb nya gak naik . Tapi jadi nya kena maag , perut berasa nge full gas bngt . Udh cukup seminggu kehidupan makan berantakan . Saat nya move on mulai hari ini . Back to normal ... semangat biar sehat lg 😅👏
