That's the magical formula. Reduce your caloric intake, reduce your weight. Simple as that. The diet "method" is just window dressing.

Sometimes, when we are deprived of food(in hopes of losing weight), we try to binge eat😥 and the calorie equation gets disturbed. How to get out of that vicious cycle? Restaurant serves big portions and once you start eating, it's quite difficult to stop. Even if we store it in the fridge, and eat it later, the calories are so high. I deal with such situations once a week now. Earlier it was twice 😊
